Christoffer Relander

Christoffer Relander is a Finnish fine art commercial photographer. All of his projects play with the concept of double exposure, although the one that I am drawn to most is "Jarred and Displaced." I've always loved how double exposure photos look, although I never really knew how to use double exposure without the photo turning into some muddy mess. I think that's really the main reason why I love this series of photos so much. Relander uses double exposure to make incredibly unique surrealism photos, which depict vast nature scenes seemingly captured inside jars. I totally love both the concept and the process that went into creating this series.
